I love this it was such a fun read I really enjoy a good grumpy/sunshine I can’t and beat friends brother in the most uncomplicated way possible I will definitely have to continue the Windy City series I can’t wait to see who the next book is about

Soy súper fan de los libros donde tú eliges cómo sigue la historia, y sí, sé que a veces pueden ser algo cursis. Pero de verdad pensé que esta autora iba a hacer algo divertido con el concepto. Lamentablemente, este libro no fue para mí.

I particularly appreciate books that invite readers to choose their own path, which is why I was disappointed by "The Dinner Party" by Frieda McFadden. Although the choose-your-own-adventure format can sometimes be gimmicky, it offers a unique immersive experience when done well. This experience reminded me that not every attempt hits the mark, but it’s always interesting to see how different authors approach interactive storytelling. On the romance front, Liz Tomforde's "Mile High" and "The Right Move" brought some much-needed warmth and charm. The grumpy/sunshine trope in "The Right Move" was executed with simplicity yet captivating dynamics, making it a refreshing read. Particularly, the portrayal of Zanders supporting Stevie in "Mile High" left me smiling—a testament to how meaningful chemistry and well-developed characters can elevate romance novels. If you're in the mood for cowboy romances, "Cross Roads" by Devney Perry is an excellent choice. It’s packed with authentic emotions and compelling storytelling that kept me hooked till the very end. Lastly, expanding my reading horizons with "Love Me Like You Shouldn’t" by Harper Bliss was a delightful experience. As a first read from this author, especially sourced through my local library’s Hoopla collection which broadens access to queer stories, the F/F romance was fun and engaging, revealing the importance of diverse representation in literature. Overall, June’s varied reads reinforced the joy and occasional frustration of exploring different book genres. Each title offered something unique, whether it was a fresh trope, emotional depth, or a new perspective.
