Hi everyone! I'm so excited to finally introduce myself properly and invite you all into my little corner of Lemon8. My name is Tasha, and if my initial post was just a quick hello, consider this a warm, extended invitation to connect! Life has taken me on an incredible journey, and I wear many hats – from being a devoted wife and a proud "Super Hero to many," to my newest and most cherished role: "Oma" to my beautiful granddaughter. That precious sleeping baby, often nestled comfortably in her grey onesie with a sweet pink floral headband in her bouncer, brings so much joy into our lives. And yes, you might have seen my amazing husband by my side, whether we're embracing in a parking garage or exploring new places. Our family circle is truly what grounds me, including my six wonderful children who keep life vibrant and full of adventure! I'm proud to be an STL native, carrying a piece of home with me wherever I go, even while living in a place that feels like a permanent vacation. Beyond my family, I'm passionate about my work as a healthcare recruiter. It's more than just a job; it's about connecting talented individuals with opportunities and finding solutions, which is something I genuinely love. You'll often find me in my comfortable tie-dye sweatshirt with a headset on, diligently working to help someone find their perfect career fit. It's incredibly rewarding to play a part in strengthening our healthcare community, and I thrive on the challenge of each new search. And when I'm not balancing family life or career, you'll definitely find me indulging in my other passions. I'm a self-proclaimed world traveler, and there’s nothing quite like the feeling of sitting on swings over the clear blue ocean on a sandy beach, hand-in-hand with my husband. We truly live where many vacation, and I love discovering all things beautiful, whether it’s a new destination or a unique piece for my home as a decorator. As a Libra, I naturally gravitate towards balance and aesthetics, which definitely influences my love for creating beautiful spaces. My love for beauty extends to being a nail connoisseur – a little self-care goes a long way and is essential for recharging! Of course, I'm also a food enthusiast, always on the lookout for delicious new flavors, and a bit of a shopaholic. From finding that perfect white off-shoulder top and ripped white jeans for a chic casual look, to discovering unique accessories like a stylish black hat, these are the 'things I love' that add sparkle to my everyday. Every find tells a story, and I enjoy sharing those little treasures. I’m really looking forward to sharing more about my decorating projects, travel tips, favorite recipes, and perhaps even some behind-the-scenes of my recruiting life.
