Black women please read this book💗

Before I Let Go by Kennedy Ryan was so good! ❤️ I loved how it explored trauma and how it impacts people in different ways. 🧠💔 Getting into the minds of Yasmen and Josiah—and truly understanding their thoughts and feelings toward each other—really helped me connect with them as a reader. 💭📖

This was my first book by Kennedy Ryan, and I’m definitely excited to read more from her! ✨ I’d give it a solid 9/10 ⭐ The beginning was so rich in detail, but toward the end, it felt like some important moments were rushed or skipped over. Still, I really enjoyed the book overall!
