If you're a foodie like me, the cow & pig Korean BBQ in Myeongdong is an absolute must-try. I found a fantastic spot serving perfectly grilled meats that are tender and flavorful, paired with traditional sides like kimchi and dipping sauces. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a perfect evening meal after a day of exploring. Beyond the famous BBQ, Myeongdong offers an exciting mix of beauty shops, fashion boutiques, and charming stores like Line Friends and Kakao Friends that add a fun vibe to your shopping experience. When visiting, try to arrive early to avoid the evening crowds and have more time to enjoy all the local flavors. During my trip, I also enjoyed visiting other areas such as Ikseon-dong hanok village and the scenic Han River. Each place had its unique charm and offered opportunities to relax and experience Korean culture deeply. If you’re planning your trip, consider including a day trip on the Gangchon rail bike and Nami Island for some fresh air and stunning natural views. For accommodations, Airbnb options in neighborhoods like Myeongdong or Hongdae are convenient and comfortable. This itinerary balances cultural immersion, nature, shopping, and especially indulging in Korea's famous cuisine—making your visit truly memorable.
