As the new year begins, many mothers are eager to enhance their well-being and navigate the challenges of motherhood with intention. To support this journey, consider implementing the habits featured in 'Mom Glow Up Habits.' Start with a focus on creating a clutter-free environment; studies show that reduced clutter leads to decreased stress, allowing for clearer thinking and increased productivity. Incorporating micro resets throughout your week can greatly enhance your mental clarity and emotional balance. Make time for outdoor activities, as spending time in nature not only boosts your mood but also offers a much-needed break from daily routines. Remember, self-care is vital; dedicate time each day for personal grooming or relaxation practices to recharge your spirit. Additionally, fostering connections over comparisons with fellow parents encourages a supportive community that lifts you up. Set intentions for connection, both with loved ones and with yourself, to cultivate a sense of fulfillment in your daily life. With these actionable steps, you can embark on a transformative journey this year, refreshing your spirit and focusing on what truly matters in your motherhood experience.

this year I'm going to focus on myself. December 31st I was "diagnosed" with pcos / hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary. I have all of the symptoms. we just haven't done all the testing yet. I've alway put everyone before myself even as a child. it's time for me to work on me.
