Try these habits to improve mental health 🫶
These are my top three mindful habits I always turn too to feel clarity and peace ✌️
1. Meditation - this can be at home in a quiet area or yin yoga (restorative) in the evenings.
2. Daily body scan - take a second to pause and assess your body for areas of tension, pain or anything out of your normal.
3. Kind self talk - take a moment at the beginning or end of the day to remind yourself of everything you’ve overcome and the goals you’ve reached.
