The government is preparing an extrabudgetary source of money, using the accumulated deposits of over 700 billion baht of local government to create a mashup program with the public sector to accelerate infrastructure investment and stimulate the economy, along with measures to help people through the Thai Aid Thailand Plus program.

The government plans to apply the cumulative deposits of the local government (PTT) of more than $738,193 million to investment projects that benefit the public, such as infrastructure and water resources, by setting clear criteria and using the mashingfund model in conjunction with the state budget to maximize investment potential from regular budget constraints.

The latest data indicate that the PTT has a total revenue of $835,253 million, an increase over the previous year, but its expenditure has reached $847,856 million, resulting in a deficit of $12,603 million from the previous surplus, reflecting increased expenditure, especially special and regular expenditure.

The government is preparing a "Thailand helps Thailand Plus" measure to help vulnerable groups, farmers, transport and SMEs, along with a plan to issue a loan of no more than $500 billion to support the economic risks of the global situation, aimed at reducing the cost of living and restructuring the long-term economy.
