จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ทำงานในตำแหน่ง HR มาหลายปี มีหลายคนมองว่างานนี้ง่ายเพราะเห็นแค่การจัดการเอกสารหรือกิจกรรมในบริษัทเท่านั้น แต่ในความจริง งาน HR เป็นงานที่ต้องใช้ทักษะหลากหลายทั้งการสื่อสาร การแก้ไขปัญหา และความเข้าใจในกฎหมายแรงงาน นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องรับมือกับผู้คนหลากหลายเชื้อชาติและวัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งทำให้การบริหารงานซับซ้อนและท้าทายมากขึ้น ตัวอย่างเช่น การวางแผนงานปาร์ตี้ปีใหม่ที่มีธีมต่างๆ ตลอด 4 ปีของการทำงาน ต้องคิดให้ครอบคลุมและตอบโจทย์ผู้ร่วมงานทุกฝ่าย ไม่ใช่แค่ความสนุกอย่างเดียว แต่ยังต้องรักษากฎเกณฑ์และความปลอดภัยของพนักงานด้วย ในแง่ของการจัดการปัญหาและความขัดแย้ง HR ต้องมีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและความอดทนสูง เพราะต้องบริหารความรู้สึกและความคาดหวังของคนในองค์กรให้สมดุล นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องรักษาความเป็นกลางตามข้อกฎหมายแรงงานโดยไม่อคติ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ยากและต้องใช้ความสามารถพิเศษ ด้วยความท้าทายเหล่านี้ ใครที่คิดว่างาน HR ง่าย ลองนึกถึงแรงกดดันจากทุกทิศทาง และความรับผิดชอบที่ซ่อนอยู่เบื้องหลังการทำงานที่เรียบร้อย และถ้ามีโอกาสได้มาลองนั่งในตำแหน่งนี้สักวัน จะเห็นว่างาน HR ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องง่ายๆ อย่างที่หลายคนคิด
