🌿 Working on what we love, life has meaning.
Someone once said that
Stable job. Probably not a happy job.
And we never thought that this sentence
▶️ will become our own life lesson. 💢
Before, we always thought we wanted to do a good job.
Stable. Good income. Good welfare.
And thought everything would be okay. Perfect in its own way.
But the heart and brain felt tired.
And into almost unconscious depression mode.
Until we started to focus on our own mental health.
And decide on a job with less money.
✅, but it's a job that fits us better.
A job that gives us a big smile to talk about. 😁
And have given others the sincerity that we can fully be.

Many people think it's a sales job, afraid of the pressure of greatness.
But for us it is 👉🏻 to pass on good feelings to customers.
It's a job that suits people whose hearts beat when they meet people.
A job that makes Super Extrovert people like us breathe.

Co-ordinate, provide happiness from sincere service.

It's like a life profit with no numbers to replace.
It's the wages of the heart and the value of the service man's heart.
So we learned that...
The meaning of work is not income. 💸
But it's how much we can be ourselves in that job.
💢 If anyone is hesitating during a steady job today,
With work that makes us happy and smile broadly
Please try to listen to your own heart.

ถ้าพูดถึง “การใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีคุณค่า” สำหรับเรา มันเริ่มจากการยอมรับก่อนว่า…ความมั่นคงบางแบบอาจแลกมาด้วยสุขภาพใจแบบเงียบๆ ตอนที่ยังทำงานเดิม เรามีทุกอย่างที่คนส่วนใหญ่เรียกว่าโอเค: รายได้ สวัสดิการ ภาพลักษณ์ แต่ลึกๆ เหมือนหัวใจหมดไฟ ตื่นมาทำงานด้วยความรู้สึกหนักๆ และเริ่มไม่เป็นตัวเอง จนวันหนึ่งต้องถามตัวเองจริงจังว่า เรากำลังใช้ชีวิตเพื่ออะไร พอเริ่มหันมาโฟกัสสุขภาพจิต เราลอง “ถอยหนึ่งก้าว” เพื่อตั้งหลัก แล้วค่อยเลือกเส้นทางใหม่ที่สอดคล้องกับตัวตนมากกว่า ซึ่งในเคสของเรา คือการมาทำงานสายเซลล์/บริการ ที่ได้เจอผู้คน ได้พูดคุย และได้ดูแลลูกค้าด้วยความจริงใจ (ยิ่งถ้าใครเป็นสาย extrovert จะเข้าใจเลยว่ามันเหมือนได้หายใจ) สำหรับเรา คำขอบคุณจากลูกค้า หรือประโยคสั้นๆ ว่า “ดูแลดีมากเลย” มันเติมพลังได้มากกว่าตัวเลขบางอย่างจริงๆ ถ้าวันนี้คุณกำลังชั่งใจระหว่าง “งานมั่นคง” กับ “งานที่ใช่” ลองใช้เช็กลิสต์ง่ายๆ ที่เราใช้ตอนตัดสินใจ: 1) วันทำงานของเรา มีช่วงที่ยิ้มออกจริงๆ ไหม? 2) งานนี้ทำให้เราเป็นตัวเองได้มากแค่ไหน (ต้องฝืนบุคลิก/ฝืนใจเยอะไหม) 3) หลังเลิกงาน เรามีแรงเหลือให้ชีวิตส่วนอื่นหรือเปล่า 4) ถ้ารายได้น้อยลง เรารับมือได้แค่ไหน (ลองทำงบรายรับ-รายจ่าย 3 เดือน) 5) เรามี “เหตุผล” ที่อยากตื่นขึ้นมาเริ่มวันใหม่หรือยัง อีกอย่างที่อยากแชร์คือ การเปลี่ยนงานไม่จำเป็นต้องสุดโต่ง เราอาจเริ่มจากการหาจุดที่ทำให้ชีวิตมีคุณค่ามากขึ้นก่อน เช่น เปลี่ยนทีม เปลี่ยนบทบาท ลดโอที ตั้งขอบเขต หรือเริ่มเรียนรู้ทักษะใหม่ไว้เป็นทางเลือก แล้วค่อยตัดสินใจเมื่อพร้อม สุดท้าย ความหมายของชีวิตเราอาจไม่ใช่การวิ่งให้ทันมาตรฐานคนอื่น แต่คือการไม่ทิ้งหัวใจตัวเองไว้ข้างหลัง ถ้าคุณกำลังลังเล ขอให้ใจดีกับตัวเองนิดนึง ฟังเสียงข้างในให้ชัด แล้วเลือกทางที่ทำให้คุณ “อยู่ได้” และ “อยู่ดี” ไปพร้อมกันนะคะ
