- Before you do it.

หลังจากเราเจอ “เลเซอร์ขนหน้าแล้วสิวเห่อ” เลยลองรวบรวมสิ่งที่อยากให้รู้เพิ่ม (เผื่อใครกำลังจะทำเลเซอร์ขนทั่วหน้า หรือเพิ่งทำแล้วเริ่มมีเม็ด ๆ นูน ๆ กับรอยแดงเหมือนเรา) 1) ทำไมเลเซอร์ขนหน้าแล้วสิวอุดตันถึงขึ้นได้? ของเราเป็นสิวอุดตันเม็ดเล็ก ๆ และมีรอยแดงตามแก้ม/จมูก ช่วง 5–10 วันหลังทำ ซึ่งหลายคนอาจเกิดจาก “ผิวระคายเคือง + รูขุมขนมีการอักเสบเล็ก ๆ” หลังโดนความร้อน รวมถึงช่วงนั้นเราแต่งหน้าหนัก/ล้างหน้าแรง/ใช้สกินแคร์หลายตัวเกินไปก็ยิ่งกระตุ้นได้ 2) เช็กลิสต์ดูแลหลังเลเซอร์ขนหน้า (ช่วง 7 วันแรก) - ล้างหน้าด้วยคลีนเซอร์อ่อนโยน ไม่สครับ ไม่ใช้แปรงล้างหน้า - งดกรดผลัดเซลล์/เรตินอล/สครับ/โทนเนอร์แรง ๆ อย่างน้อย 3–7 วัน (ถ้าผิวบางควรนานกว่านั้น) - เน้นมอยส์เจอไรเซอร์เรียบ ๆ และกันแดด SPF50+ ทุกวัน เพราะผิวไวต่อแดดมาก - เลี่ยงการแต่งหน้าหนัก โดยเฉพาะรองพื้นหนา ๆ ใน 48–72 ชม.แรก (ถ้าจำเป็นจริง ๆ เลือกสูตร non-comedogenic แล้วล้างให้เกลี้ยง) - ถ้าเริ่มมีสิวเม็ดเล็ก ๆ อย่าแกะ/บีบ เพราะจะทิ้งรอยแดงรอยดำง่ายมาก 3) ถ้ามี “รอยไหม้จากเลเซอร์” ปกติกี่วันหาย? จากที่เราถามและหาข้อมูลเพิ่ม ถ้าเป็นแค่รอยแดง/ผิวแห้งลอกเล็กน้อย มักดีขึ้นในไม่กี่วันถึงประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์ แต่ถ้าเป็นรอยไหม้เข้ม ๆ มีตุ่มน้ำพอง แสบร้อนมาก หรือสีผิวคล้ำขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ควรกลับไปให้คลินิก/พบแพทย์ทันที เพราะอาจต้องได้ยาทาและดูแลแบบแผลไหม้จริง ๆ (อย่ารอให้เป็นรอยถาวร) 4) ก่อนซื้อคอร์สเลเซอร์ขนทั่วหน้า ควรถามอะไรคลินิกบ้าง? - ใช้เครื่องอะไร/เหมาะกับสีผิวและเส้นขนแบบไหน - ปรับพลังงานตามจุดไหม (หน้าแต่ละโซนผิวไม่เท่ากัน) - มีขั้นตอนดูแลหลังทำชัดเจนไหม และติดต่อได้เมื่อมีอาการผิดปกติ - ถ้าเคยเป็นสิวง่าย/อุดตันง่าย ควรแจ้งตั้งแต่แรก เพื่อให้เขาปรับแผนและคำแนะนำให้เหมาะ 5) เมื่อไรควรหยุดรอดูเอง แล้วไปพบแพทย์? - สิวเห่อหนักมากต่อเนื่องเกิน 2–3 สัปดาห์ - มีอาการเจ็บ แดงร้อน ลาม เป็นหนอง หรือคันแสบผิดปกติ - สงสัยผิวไหม้หรือเริ่มทิ้งรอยเข้ม ส่วนตัวเรารู้สึกว่า “เลเซอร์ขนหน้าไม่ได้แย่เสมอไป” แต่คนที่เป็นสิวง่ายแบบเรา ต้องเผื่อใจเรื่องสิวอุดตัน/รอยแดงหลังทำ และควรมีแผนดูแลผิวหลังเลเซอร์ให้ชัดเจนตั้งแต่วันแรก จะช่วยลดโอกาสหน้าพังได้มากขึ้นค่ะ
