私が一番迷ったのが「色選び」と「グリーンってどう使うの？」問題だったので、使ってみて分かったコツを追記します。 ■まずは色選びの考え方（失敗しにくい順） ①隠したい悩みで選ぶ：赤み→グリーン、青クマ→オレンジ寄り、くすみ→明るめベージュ/パール入り、など“目的優先”が楽でした。 ②仕上がりで選ぶ：自然に整えるならベージュ系（01/02）。ポイント補正ならカラー系（グリーン等）。 ③塗る場所で選ぶ：広い面（頬の赤み、目の下など）は伸びのいい柔らかめが扱いやすく、ピンポイント（ニキビ跡など）は少量を薄く重ねる方がきれいに見えました。 ■ニキビをコンシーラーで隠すコツ（厚塗りに見えにくい）・最初に保湿→日焼け止め→ベースを薄く。ニキビ周りが乾くと割れやすいので、私はスキンケアを少し丁寧にしました。・コンシーラーは“点置き→境目だけぼかす”。ニキビの中心は触りすぎない方がカバーが残ります。・粉は少量を部分的に。全顔にパウダーを乗せるより、隠した箇所の周りだけ軽く押さえるとヨレにくかったです。 ■カネボウのグリーンの使い方（赤み補正用）グリーンは「赤みを消す」色なので、使いすぎると顔色が悪く見えやすいです。私は“本当に赤いところだけ”に小さく使うのが正解でした。・おすすめの置き場所：小鼻の赤み、ニキビ周りの赤み、頬の部分的な赤み・やり方：チップで直接ベタ塗りせず、手の甲に一度出してから極少量を指orブラシでトントン。最後に上から自分の肌色に近いベージュを薄く重ねると、緑っぽさが消えて自然に。 ■01 Soft Beigeを使って感じた“向いてる人” ・ナチュラルに明るさを足したい・クマやくすみを“厚塗りせず”整えたい・ハイライト代わりにも使ってみたい（ただし立体感は控えめ）同じシリーズでも色で役割がかなり違うので、「どこを直したいか」を先に決めると選びやすいと思います。
