On this Wellness Wednesday I’ll continue to toot my own horn.

Going from the heaviest I ever been (almost 190 pounds), without being pregnant to close to pre-birth weight. All of this with no injections but baby I struggled with consistency.

When life gets to lifeing it will have you turned every way but loose. Thankful that R3 isn’t a hard system to follow and you can do as many rounds as you choose. No I don’t just do R3, I also enhance it with some plant based supplements.

I love knowing the science behind the good stuff cause there’s so much bad stuff that I indulge in. When I say these supplements are the truth, they only get better and better.

I love knowing that they don’t release anything to the public until it’s been tested over and over and over again. Unlike a lot of these other companies, the Shop club really cares about what they put out there.
