Saat mengunjungi Seoul, saya pernah mencoba mendapatkan kartu T-Money gratis yang disediakan khusus untuk wisatawan asing oleh Lotte Department Store di cabang Jamsil. Pengalaman ini sangat membantu sekali karena saya tidak perlu membeli kartu T-Money di bandara yang biasanya berbiaya sedikit. Proses klaimnya cukup mudah, cukup dengan membawa paspor asli dan email aktif untuk verifikasi cepat. Saya pergi ke Lotte Department Store Jamsil, tepatnya ke Tax Refund Lounge di lantai 1, dan menunjukkan paspor saya. Dalam hitungan menit, saya mendapatkan kartu T-Money holografik yang unik dan bisa langsung digunakan untuk naik bus dan subway di Seoul.
