What’s in my lunchbox 🍽️ 12 hour shift
I like to give myself a variety of quick snacking food while not just eating junk.
Considering this will probably be the only meal I eat today I try to make sure I have enough to keep me satisfied for my whole shift.
I’m also on a high iron diet but I’m not a fan of eating meat constantly so I’m trying to substitute other high iron food and high protein foods as replacement!
