I love my hair so much
Getting a new haircut can be an exciting yet sometimes challenging experience. I recently decided to switch things up with a haircut that’s a bit unconventional—a bowl cut that’s thicker on top, which definitely caught my attention. While I adore my hair and this new look, it’s been a bit tricky because I can't pull it up like I used to, which might be inconvenient during the hot summer months. At first, the haircut looked a little top-heavy, almost like a football helmet, so I had to thin it out a bit to feel more comfortable. This adjustment made a big difference, and now I’m learning to work with the style instead of against it. It’s funny how sometimes a haircut can remind you of characters from shows or movies—mine gave off strong 'Will from Stranger Things' vibes, which is both amusing and endearing. What I’ve realized through this hair journey is that loving your hair means embracing its unique qualities—even when those qualities require some patience and styling creativity. Whether you’re dealing with awkward lengths or unexpected volume, experimenting with different cuts can boost your confidence and allow you to express yourself in new ways. If you’re considering a bold new haircut, know that the initial adjustment period is normal. Playing with styling techniques, thinning certain areas, or simply giving your hair time to grow can help you get the perfect look that feels just right for you. Hair is a powerful form of self-expression, and feeling good about your cut, even with its quirks, is part of the fun.
