As a family nurse practitioner, balancing work and personal life is always a challenge, especially when duty calls unexpectedly. But nights like this provide a perfect recharge. Even as a #Girlsmom who misses her kids when away, I found solace in this lively environment surrounded by strong, inspiring women—including Keyshia Cole, Kelly Rowland, and the DJ who kept the energy high. Backstage and in the crowd, energy was contagious, and the vibes were unmatched. The dynamic performances by Brandy and Monica ignited the night, making everyone forget their worries and just enjoy the music. It’s amazing how music connects generations and heals the soul. One funny note—I definitely felt my age the next day trying to bounce back and keep up with patients! But this experience reminded me about self-care and the importance of celebrating life’s joyous moments.
