I’ve gained 40lbs in less than a year!

In 2020, I was my biggest. 264lbs. I decided enough was enough and had to do something about it. I lost 80lbs from 2020-2021, got pregnant 2022 and still maintained my weight! In 2023, I started meds to help with my mental illness and it made my appetite go through the roof, I started pigging out on popcorn and Reese’s and started overeating to the point my mom asked if I was pregnant… now, in 2024 I’m 40lbs up and it’s really doing a number on me. I try to be accepting because if I’m honest, when I was smaller and not on my meds, I was so unhappy and a mental wreck. I’m better mentally than I’ve ever been. But this weight HAS TO GO!

So, I’m restarting my weight loss journey. Here’s to losing 40lbs plus!!!
