Fav kpop groups rn, cause they be changing 😝
So i chose my favorite k-pop groups and what my favorite era was from them, but just remember these are just my opinions, and comment below what yalls were?
BTS is honestly one of my ult groups, and i like how genuine they feel towards each other and their fans. They were the first kpop boy group i have listened to, and the first song was house of cards… which be my favorite song from lwk… i love them dude, like i am not gonna lie but bias in this group is prob not existent cause it be switching everyday…😏 but i can tell you now my first bias was suga because of his strong rapping skills which to me has the best rap game in kpop.
Wonder Girls just hold a special place in my since they were my first kpop group for me. I really loved like this by them which i don’t know which came out in 2012 is a single but tell me was just their debut and was a good song. I stan sunmi because she is the most active and her eras be…AMAZING🤩
NewJeans IS LIKE RN JUST A TOP FOR ME, like they legit have for me, the BEST DISCOGRAPHY in kpop. Like i usually don’t like listening to new kpop but they brought me back so, yeah lol. But i am an OT5, love them all they are all so sweet, cute, talented. 🥰🥰
Seventeen i don’t know what to say about these 13 amazing boys, they have to have one of the best stage presence and performances in kpop, like this to me is not an exaggeration. You can def feel the energy and the fire they put out in stage and it’s just…SENSATIONAL. I love them 😍 all 13, OT13. but i will say i also have a special place in my heart for them since they were my first concert and at this concert, y’all i will not lie i fell for one of them hardcore… WONWOO🐱. but like many of these groups my bias be changing so…
Got7, i love these guys, like they are the second boy group listened to when joining this community and i love the bright songs and they dark ones, like and their personalities are so nice as well, and so i also can’t pick a bias for my boys lol 😆
Shinee is just a groups i fell for as well, and are so cute, like i def like their older songs because they had such a good vibe for me, and my fave is everyone but have a special thing for Minho he is so cute to me…😝
Stray Kids, how can you not like them they music be hitting different 🙂↕️, it does dude lol. I don’t know what else to say but just love how they be making their own music like some of the other people on this list but getting to see that on their channel, love all of them tho. OT8 babes 😘😘
Twice i can’t with them, they be having these eras and they keep amazing me because it be getting better and better. They also have the cutest relationship together as well. Guys i have been saying this a lot but i love them all OT9 💖💖
Blackpink is also a fave for me and i’m sad that they don’t comeback as a group as much which i know they focused on their own things but still, yk. but love them all because they are so amazing together ☺️☺️

While 'House of Cards' is an absolute masterpiece, their 'The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever' (2016) era, with its poignant themes and stunning visuals, really solidified their place as global icons. Speaking of pioneers, Wonder Girls hold such a special place for me. Their 'Tell Me' (2007) era was a cultural phenomenon, showcasing their unique retro charm and paving the way for so many K-Pop girl groups today. The energy from the newer generation, especially NewJeans, is just undeniable. They've truly captured my attention with their fresh sound and distinctive aesthetic. Their 'Ditto' (2022) era, with its dreamy yet melancholic vibe, perfectly showcases why they're leading the charge among 4th gen K-Pop groups right now. And then there's Seventeen – their stage presence is truly out of this world! I was lucky enough to see them live, and the energy from their 'Super' (2023) era performances is something you just have to experience to believe. Their synergy as 13 members is unmatched. Of course, I can't forget the versatility of GOT7, effortlessly switching between bright and darker concepts. Their 'Present: YOU' (2018) era really highlighted their diverse charms and strong bond. And a shoutout to SHINee, who constantly push boundaries. Their 'ODD - The 4th Album' (2015) era was a masterclass in unique concepts and timeless music. Stray Kids also deserves immense praise for their self-produced music, creating a unique sound that truly hits different. The raw power of their 'I am YOU' (2018) era was just incredible. And what about the incredible girl groups? TWICE consistently amazes me with their evolution. Their 'Fancy You' (2019) era showed a fantastic blend of elegance and playfulness, proving their versatility. And BLACKPINK? They are global fashionistas and performers! Even with fewer group comebacks, their 'The Album' (2020) era reminded everyone of their undeniable charisma and impact. Seeing these iconic moments often captured in K-Pop groups collages really highlights the visual storytelling in K-Pop. Each of these groups, whether they are K-Pop boy groups or K-Pop girl groups, has contributed something unique to the K-Pop landscape, making every era a memorable journey.
