A person with reddish-brown hair, wearing a dark t-shirt and white earbuds, pouts while giving a thumbs-up outdoors. Text overlays read 'Went running with a blister' and 'INSTANT REGRET', reflecting the article's theme.

A close-up shows a blister on an ankle, just above a black and white striped sock. Text overlays indicate '3 miles took me 45 min' and 'Was in so much pain', illustrating the running difficulty.

A close-up of a foot shows a red, raw area on the heel, consistent with a popped blister. Text overlays state 'The blister now' and 'PLEASE IGNORE MY FEET I RUN A LOT', showing the blister's current state.

So the other day I went running with the wrong socks on which caused the blister I didn’t know I had it till maybe a day or two after the fact. Only because I had went running again and had a burning pain in the back of my ankle and I realized the blister had in fact popped so then it took me 45 mi
