So right now I’m at a Korean bathhouse and Spa in NJ called King Spa and Sauna. They’ve got a variety of different types of saunas but I went into an EXTREMELY hot one then did an ice sauna and then another dry heat one. It goes to say I am cooked. I had some ramyun and veggie dumplings before I had started in the spa. The spa is NUDE in the bathhouses, which is fine with me, I enjoy it a lot as an at home nudist. I’m definitely sweating out my brains. I’ve also been doing a lot of stretching and massaging my body and face in the saunas. I went to the one in Virginia which was awesome. The nudist bathhouse caught me off guard. It was definitely a good experience though.
