Garlic 🧄 -helps lower blood pressure because it makes your blood vessels relax and open up, so your heart doesn’t have to work as hard to pump blood. It has a natural chemical called allicin that helps with this. Garlic also helps reduce inflammation and bad cholesterol, which keeps your blood flowing smoothly.

Hawthorn 🪴-helps your heart pump more efficiently and opens up the blood vessels so blood flows more easily

Hibiscus 🌺 - Hibiscus acts like a natural diuretic (helps you pee more), so it removes extra fluid and sodium from your body. This lowers the volume of blood flowing through your vessels

One of the most well-known is garlic, which contains allicin, known to relax blood vessels, reducing strain on the heart. Additionally, hawthorn is praised for enhancing heart function by improving blood flow and reducing blood pressure. Hibiscus acts as a natural diuretic, effectively removing excess fluids and sodium from the body, further assisting in blood pressure management. Incorporating these herbs into a balanced, low-sodium diet can be an effective way to enhance heart health and control blood pressure levels. Other lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, stress management techniques, and maintaining a healthy weight can also contribute to maintaining optimum blood pressure levels naturally. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your health regimen.
