ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) is not a visa but a travel authorization that people from visa-exempt countries (like the U.S.) will now need to enter most of Europe.
💲How much does it cost?
It’s only €7 (~$7.50) for travelers aged 18-70 and *free* for those under 18 or over 80 (YAY!)
💻 How to apply?
You apply online with just your passport. It takes minutes to process (though in some rare cases, it can take up to 30 days).
✈️ How long does it last?
ETIAS is valid for up to 3 years or until your passport expires—whichever comes first.
