Allow me to reintroduce myself... (in my best Jay-Z voice)
My name is Brianne "Bri" White.
(Don't use my government name.🙃)
I'm a born and raised SE Floridian 1st generation 🎉 who grew up with parents that built community and grew people. Anyone who was around them saw the kindness and love they had for people. (Mean mug Mama Dukes looks and all😆)!
I have grown people and built communities my entire adult life.
At 19 years old, I was recruited to open and staff a new retail store in the Treasure Coast Mall. My entire management team comprised of women who had something special about their work ethic and vibe. (I may have taken the best saleswomen from Macy's shoe department with me. #notsorry ).
That was me at 19 years old. Single Teen Mom and all, growing people and building community.
When I met a boy and moved to Broward. I started over, career and school. I took a massive pay cut to learn a new industry (Real Estate) while going to school for a degree in "Philosophy Tracked for Law." Graduated with honors, too! 😉
My guy... I earned a "Master's" in the hard-knock school of real estate by the different positions I've held. I loved it!
Real Estate gave me Marketing. My first IG page for a business was @remaxpreferred on IG. You can see it, last post was 2013.
Then, I advanced in brokerage leadership and started a digital community. That grew to 30k members and was super niche to a singular brand (taught me alot about people in groups). I've opened offices, restructured community and SOPs in brokerages.
I've learned alot about business in general! Always growing, always curious.
Now, I have my own Real Estate team. My own Brand Strategy company and I live life in my own authentic way because I have experienced tremendous loss in life. Adversity I don't wish upon any of you. It changes you. 🚫🦆
I am simply a Florida girl with northern roots, who loves growing people and building community!
It's my thing.
Navigating life as a single teen mom and starting a career in retail management at just 19 was no easy feat, yet it laid the foundation for a lifelong passion: growing people and building communities. This early experience taught me that leadership is about more than managing tasks—it's about cultivating culture and encouraging potential in those around you. Transitioning into real estate while pursuing a degree in Philosophy tracked for Law was a bold move that challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone. My journey in real estate was not just about buying and selling properties; it was about embracing marketing, community dynamics, and leadership roles that shaped my entrepreneurial mindset. Starting an Instagram business page back in 2013 was an early foray into digital marketing, illustrating the power of online presence in creating brand awareness. One key lesson I’ve learned is that adversity, while tough, often clarifies your purpose and strengthens your resolve. The losses I've experienced changed me profoundly but also fueled my commitment to authenticity in business and life. It taught me that resilience combined with authenticity attracts not only clients but also loyal communities. Building and restructuring brokerages, opening new offices, and leading a digital community of 30,000 members gave me hands-on experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and group management dynamics. These skills are crucial for anyone looking to lead and scale businesses effectively. For those balancing personal responsibilities with ambitious career goals, my story underscores the importance of persistence, continuous learning, and community support. Whether you're in real estate, marketing, or any other field, investing in people and fostering a genuine community will always remain at the heart of sustainable success. If you are thinking about starting your own business or growing a team, remember: it’s not just about the product or service, but the relationships you nurture and the authentic experiences you create. This approach has been my guiding principle and one that I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone embarking on their creative hustle.
