30 DAY FRUIT FASTING CHALLENGE 🍉✨🦋 STARTS NOW!
This is your official invite to join me for 30 days of radical self-love, discipline, and healing through FRUIT FASTING.
You have two options:
➤ Mono Eating: One fruit only (I’m doing seeded watermelon 🍉but if you can’t find seeded, seedless is STILL GOOD!)
➤ Variety: Mix your fruits, but combine properly. No pressure just commit and stay consistent.
Here’s the daily structure we’re following:
1. GRATITUDE FIRST. As soon as you wake up, thank God for life and the chance to evolve.
2. MAKE YOUR BED. This simple act sets the tone for YOUR DAY and your discipline.
3. MORNING CLEANSE. Use the bathroom, brush your teeth, oil pull.
4. YOGA + MOVEMENT. Start Day 1 with Nico Marie on YouTube (yes, YOU can still start tomorrow or Monday latest!).
5. WORKOUT. If you’re starting tomorrow, do Friday’s plan and stay active all weekend. We will follow the plan to the T Mon-Fri
6. BONUS: Meditate + read at least 10 pages of a self-help book daily. Want to know what I’m reading and which meditation guide I’m following? DM me for the links 🧘🏽♀️📖
This challenge is about loving ourselves enough to choose discipline. Even if we mess up—we keep going.
Thank you for reading this whole caption.
You are loved. You are healing.
And I’ll see you at the TOP, Sis/Bro 👑❤️🔥
#FruitFastingChallenge #30DayReset #HealingJourney #SelfLoveDiscipline #MonoFruit
Embarking on a 30-day fruit fasting challenge like this one is not just about changing what you eat; it's a holistic reset for your body and mind. The focus on seeded watermelon is particularly interesting due to its unique health benefits. Seeded watermelon contains compounds known as 'bitter bitters,' which traditional herbal formulations suggest support lymphatic system cleansing. This is important because your lymphatic system plays a crucial role in removing toxins and waste from your body, boosting immune function and overall vitality. Incorporating gratitude each morning helps foster a positive mindset, which enhances the body’s healing process. Making your bed and sticking to a structured daily routine like yoga and a workout plan builds discipline and consistency—key ingredients for lasting lifestyle changes. The bonus practices of meditation and reading self-help books further support emotional wellness and personal growth. Many participants find that mono eating—a practice where you eat only one type of fruit throughout the day—helps simplify digestion and may promote detoxification. Seeded watermelon, for example, is hydrating, rich in antioxidants, and provides sulfate and fluorine, which some studies suggest contribute to oxygenation of cells and longevity of the nervous system. While fasting, it’s common to experience detox symptoms, and incorporating herbal bitters or other supportive tonics, as noted by herbalists, may assist in easing this process, helping to expel toxins, parasites, and mucous. Always ensure you stay well-hydrated, listen to your body’s signals, and adjust as needed. This challenge is as much a mental and emotional journey as it is physical. The ethos of self-love and discipline encourages participants to embrace imperfections, stay consistent despite slip-ups, and foster a supportive community throughout the process. Whether you choose mono fruit or a variety, the key is dedication to gradual healing and empowerment. If you’re considering joining, consult with a healthcare provider before making significant diet changes, especially if you have pre-existing conditions. Combining this fruit fasting with gentle movement, mindfulness, and positive affirmations can lead to transformative results that extend beyond just physical health.
