Join me on my challenge:
30 DAY FRUIT FASTING CHALLENGE 🍉✨🦋 STARTS NOW!
This is your official invite to join me for 30 days of radical self-love, discipline, and healing through FRUIT FASTING.
You have two options:
➤ Mono Eating: One fruit only (I’m doing seeded watermelon 🍉but if you can’t find seeded, seedless is STILL GOOD!)
➤ Variety: Mix your fruits, but combine properly. No pressure just commit and stay consistent.
Here’s the daily structure we’re following:
1. GRATITUDE FIRST. As soon as you wake up, thank God for life and the chance to evolve.
2. MAKE YOUR BED. This simple act sets the tone for YOUR DAY and your discipline.
3. MORNING CLEANSE. Use the bathroom, brush your teeth, oil pull.
4. YOGA + MOVEMENT. Start Day 1 “Yoga Every Damn Day Challenge” with @yogawithnico on YouTube (yes, YOU can still start tomorrow).
5. WORKOUT. If you’re starting tomorrow, do Friday’s plan and stay active all weekend. We will follow the plan to the T Mon-Fri
6. BONUS: Meditate + read at least 10 pages of a self-help book daily. Want to know what I’m reading and which meditation guide I’m following? DM me for the links 🧘🏽♀️📖
This challenge is about loving ourselves enough to choose discipline. Even if we mess up—we keep going.
Thank you for reading this whole caption.
You are loved. You are healing.
And I’ll see you at the TOP, Sis/Bro 👑❤️🔥

Starting your day with simple habits like making your bed and practicing yoga can dramatically improve your mindset and daily productivity. The phrase “Did you make up YOUR bed today sis?” is a powerful reminder to establish discipline and take ownership of your day before it even begins. Making your bed is often viewed as a small, manageable task that sets the tone for accomplishing bigger goals, reinforcing a sense of order and personal care. Incorporating yoga and movement as part of your morning ritual, as suggested in the challenge, not only strengthens the body but also centers your mind. This complements the fruit fasting by boosting circulation and aiding the detoxification process, which can enhance the overall health benefits. Meditation and reading self-help books add a mental wellness layer to the regime, supporting emotional resilience and personal growth. By committing to this holistic routine, participants can experience improved physical vitality and emotional clarity. Moreover, fruit fasting—whether through mono eating like seeded watermelon or a variety approach—aims to give the digestive system a break while flooding the body with vitamins, antioxidants, and natural sugars that provide energy and promote healing from the inside out. Consistency and self-love are central themes here. Even if you miss a day or slip up, recommitting without judgment helps build sustainable habits. This challenge is not just about diet but about cultivating daily rituals that foster a deeper connection with yourself. Remember to hydrate and listen to your body’s needs throughout the process. If you aren’t familiar with oil pulling or the morning cleanse, these practices help improve oral health and refresh your system, complementing the fasting experience. Joining a community or having a buddy to share the journey with can provide motivation and accountability. Feel free to reach out on social platforms for support or to exchange tips. Ultimately, this challenge is an invitation to prioritize self-care and create a foundation of discipline that extends beyond the 30 days, nurturing both your physical wellness and emotional healing.
