As a 20-year-old dancer at the beginning of my career, I've explored a variety of dance opportunities. From performing in churches to working as a model, my journey has been diverse and fulfilling. I have taught dance for five years and collaborated with several organizations, such as Dot2Dance and Dance Effect. Recently, I experienced a chance to model for Mason Grace Boutique, showcasing their clothing while promoting dance trends on platforms like TikTok. This multifaceted experience not only nurtures my passion for dance but also supports my financial goals. Additionally, I draw inspiration from the principles of body positivity, which encourage me to embrace and celebrate my body while expressing myself through dance. Engaging with my community and other dancers online has provided opportunities for networking, support, and growth. As I continue this journey, I aim to document my experiences to encourage others in the dance community, particularly young dancers who might feel hesitant about pursuing their dreams. My goal is to inspire and share the remarkable moments of pursuing a career in dance, ensuring that each step is a testament to resilience and creativity.
