With only 100 calories per bar and packed with creamy Greek yogurt, they satisfy my sweet tooth without the guilt. The protein content also aids muscle maintenance during weight loss. Another favorite is the Lesser Evil USDA Organic Popcorn made with organic coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt. This snack is light yet flavorful, organic, and has healthy fats from coconut oil, making it a smart alternative to traditional popcorn loaded with butter and salt.
