💋 Happy Valentine’s Day! XOXO to all the single girlies out there like me. A day like this can be so hard! I have my moments when I’m lonely, but I’ve been enjoying being single, celibate, and tapping into my inner, dark feminine energy. I feel so much more powerful without a man, friends or family in my life. Being my own primary focus has helped me mentally to understand human behaviors even more and psychology.
💋 Yes, today’s Valentine’s Day. It’s a day about romance , love and gifts, but if you feel like you don’t have that - then you need to go give it to yourself. It can be hard at first, but you deserve it. Take yourself out, buy yourself flowers, brunch or a sweet treat. If you feel like crying at home, do that. I know I will. Watch a romance movie, because sometimes we need to cry! I noticed lately that it’s hard for me to cry on my own nowadays unless I’m feeling devastated. Sad movies help me to feel a release. If you really wanna CRY to a movie, watch Atonement or Mystic River. Those made me BALL my eyes OUT BAD lol. I’ll probably watch them today lmao.
💋 If you’re in a relationship, I hope that you’re being treated like you deserve and get spoiled rotten for this love day and every day after it! You deserve that.
💋Dark, feminine energy is all about putting you first, being in control, independence as a woman, and taking power into your own hands. In society, (in our light energy) we see it too often there’s this expectation that we have to conform to the gender norms of being a mother: Who nurtures, is helpful, catering, peaceful, emotional, compassionate, and even naive. There’s a lot of narcissistic people out here who are unhealed who feed off of nice women. You can be nice, but only to an extent. Have boundaries. Don’t give second chances. Know your worth so deeply that no one could shake your foundation.
💋 Light energy wise, you don’t have to be like that if you’re not that way. I used to be like that, plus a people pleaser. I would never get pleased back (the way I did to others) It drove me mad, because I was innocent, had pure intentions and was naive to a lot of other people’s intentions towards me. I was used a lot in my past relationships, friendships and with family. I cut everyone off except one person in my life. (My best friend) It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and I can’t wait to continue growing as a woman in my own solidarity. I’ve taken my power back and you should do the same. My future self demanded that I show up for her. And I will.
