◆ How to automatically color-code Saturdays and Sundays with conditional formatting ◆
① Select the range you want to color
② Open "Conditional Format" - > "New Rule"
Select "Use a formula to determine the cells to format."
④ Enter "= $C6 =" soil "" in the format setting field
⑤ Select your favorite background color from "Format" and click "OK"
⑥ Do ① to ③ for Sunday, enter "= $C6 =" day "" in ④ and go to ⑤

Change the "C6" part to match the cell containing the day of the week ☺️

普段からExcelを使ってスケジュール管理や予定表作成をしていると、土日を手動で色分けするのは意外と時間がかかって面倒ですよね。そんな時に条件付き書式を活用すると、一度設定すれば日ごとに色を自動で変更できるので、作業効率が格段にアップします。 私も最初は手動でひとつずつ色を付 けていたのですが、毎週繰り返す作業に疲れてしまい、この方法を取り入れてからは大幅に作業時間を短縮できました。特に、曜日が記載されたセルの列を指定し、土曜日と日曜日それぞれに数式を設定することで確実に色が反映されるので、おすすめです。 注意点としては、曜日情報が入ったセルの位置（例えば上記の「C6」など）が異なると、数式内のセル参照も変更する必要があるため、設定前にシートの構成をしっかり確認してください。また、背景色はお好きな色にカスタマイズ可能なので、カレンダーのデザインに合わせて調整するのが良いでしょう。 さらに時短を追求する場合、色の設定を複数のシートや共有ファイルに適用する際は条件付き書式のルールをコピー＆ペーストすると便利です。Excelの色分けを活用して、デスクワークの効率化をぜひ試してみてください！
