Didn't it end with "I'm the type of XX"? All three doshas are within you🌿
"Am I Vata?"
"Or Pitta? Kapha?"
When it comes to Ayurveda's constitution diagnosis,
Do you have an image of choosing one of your own types out of three?
But actually.
Among us, all three doshas are thought to exist 🌿
💙 Vata | Wind / Sky
Energy that creates movement and change
🧡 Pitta _ Fire & Water
Energy that produces digestion and change
💚 Kapha | Water
Energy that creates stability and sustainability
What's different for each person is,
It's not about "which one do you have,"
How do you balance the three?
Furthermore, in Ayurveda,
The original balance that was born with "Prakriti,"
The current state that changes depending on the season, age, diet, sleep, stress, etc. is called "Vicriti."
By the way, I tend 🧡
But it's not always just pita.
On a restless and soothing day, Vata may be increasing.
On a frustrating and feverish day, Pitta may be heightened.
On days when your body and feelings are heavy, your capa may be rising.
Observing the "me of today" in this way is the first step to preparing 😊
The basics of balancing in Ayurveda are:
To take in too elevated properties and "opposite properties."
💙 Vata has warmth, stability and slow
🧡 pitta has coolness, calmness and moisture
💚 capa has lightness, warmth and movement
Constitutional diagnosis is not a "name tag" to put on yourself,
It may be a "map" to understand yourself today 🌿
Which one is closer to you now?
💙 fidgeting
🧡 frustrating
💚 kind of heavy
Comment with heart color 😊
Please save it so that you can look back 📌
This post introduces the way of thinking transmitted in Ayurveda as a hint for daily self-care.A quick check is not a medical diagnosis.
