インナードライ肌でファンデーションがうろこ状に浮いてしまう人は、乾燥と余分な皮脂や毛穴汚れが原因かもしれません。私もかつては自己流のスキンケアでうまくいかず、まさに「顔面砂漠化」状態でしたが、一つずつ肌の土台を整えていくことでファンデーションの乗りもぐっと良くなりました。 まずは洗顔でしっかり不要な汚れや古い角質を落とすことが最優先です。美容液を重ねても毛穴汚れを閉じ込めていては効果が半減します。汚れが残ったままの肌に重ねる と、かえって毛穴が目立ったり、ファンデが浮く原因になります。 次に「必要なうるおいだけをしっかり入れる」ことがポイントです。インナードライの場合、肌表面はべたつくのに内部は乾燥しているため、保湿成分を多層的に与えるよりも自分の肌状態に合った保湿ケアを見つけることが大切です。 さらに、正しい「フタ」のケアも欠かせません。乳液やクリームでしっかり水分を閉じ込めることで乾燥による粉吹きやファンデの浮きを防げます。 私の経験上、ファンデーションが浮くことに悩んでいる方は、やはり基礎の洗顔・保湿・保護ケアがズレているケースが多いです。一度しっかり見直し、正しい手順を習慣化すると、化粧ノリの悪さや毛穴目立ちも改善します。ぜひ参考にしてみてください。
