「使い方は？」って聞かれることが多かったので、私が実際にやっている花西子（フローラシス）スキンケア2本の使い方をまとめます。結論、基本は“化粧水→乳液”のシンプルケアでOK。どちらも伸びが良いので、少量から足していくのが失敗しにくいです。 【基本の順番】 1）洗顔 2）気色双生 蓮精華ローション（化粧水） 3）気色双生 蓮精華ミルク（乳液） ※美容液やクリームを足すなら「化粧水→美容液→乳液→クリーム」の順が使いやすいです。 【化粧水（マイクロカプセルウォーター処方）の使い方】 ・量の目安：500円玉大より少なめから（私はまず1回出して、足りなければ追い足し） ・なじませ方：手のひらで軽く温めてから、頬→額→あご→鼻の順に“押し込む”ようにハンドプレス。こすらないのがポイント。 ・乾燥しやすい日は：1回目を全顔になじませて、30秒くらい置いてから2回目を重ねるとしっとり感が上がりました。 ・衛生面：開閉できる中蓋タイプなので、使うたびに口周りを軽く拭くとより清潔に保てます。 【乳液（ポンプ式）の使い方】 ・量の目安：まずは1プッシュ未満（半プッシュくらい）→足りないところに少しだけ追加が◎ ・なじませ方：両手に広げてから、顔の外側に向かって薄くのばす→最後に手のひらで包み込んで密着。塗り終わりは“もっちり潤う”感じになりやすいです。 ・ベタつきが気になる日は：Tゾーンは薄め、頬はしっかりめにするとバランスが取りやすかったです。 【朝と夜の使い分け（私の例）】 ・朝：化粧水は1回、乳液は少なめ。軽い使い心地なのでメイク前でもヨレにくく感じました。 ・夜：化粧水は重ね付けしやすい。乳液は頬中心にしっかり、乾燥が強い日はクリームを最後に薄く。 【敏感肌寄りの人向けのコツ】 ・初日は少量＆シンプル（この2本だけ）からスタート ・こすらず、ハンドプレス中心 ・赤みが出やすい日は重ねすぎない（“軽やか”が良さなので、薄く重ねるのがおすすめ） こんな感じで、花西子の化粧水と乳液は「少量でよく伸びる」「軽いのにうるおい感が残る」タイプだったので、使い方は難しくありません。迷ったら“化粧水をなじませてから乳液でフタ”だけ守ればOKです。
