「カウブランドのボディミルク（ボディクリーム）」って結局どっちが自分に合うの？と迷って、私は今回“ミルククリーム”という中間っぽい立ち位置に惹かれて試しました。結論から言うと、ボディミルクの軽さと、ボディクリームの頼もしさのバランスがちょうどよくて、乾燥する季節の定番になりそうです。 まず、テクスチャは“ミルク”よりしっかりめで、“こってりクリーム”より伸びる感じ。ポンプ式なので、お風呂上がりにサッと出せるのが本当に便利でした。子どもの保湿ってスピード勝負なので、無香料＆ポンプはありがたいポイント。ストッパーが付いていて持ち運びやすいのも地味に助かります。 保湿感は、高保湿だけど重すぎない印象。塗った直後は少しペタッとするものの、1〜2分でなじんで“もっちり”に変わりました。私の場合、すね・ひじ・ひざみたいに乾燥しやすい場所は1回目を薄く塗ってから、同じ場所だけ追い塗りすると一日中ラクでした。逆に、背中や腕はワンプッシュで広げられるので、全身でもコスパよく使えます。 「うるおう無添加ボディミルク」系を探している人は、成分で選ぶのもおすすめ。ワセリン・セラミド・ヒアルロン酸・アミノ酸（グリシン）の“4つのうるおい成分”が入っているので、乾燥で肌がつっぱる時期の“守られてる感”が出やすいです。香りがない分、香水や柔軟剤の香りともケンカしません。 使い分けの目安としては、軽さ優先ならボディミルク、こっくり密閉感が欲しいならボディクリーム、その中間で「しっとりしたいけどベタつきは苦手」ならこのミルククリームが合いやすいと思います。私は日中は軽め、夜の入浴後はこのミルククリームにすると肌の調子が安定しました。 最後に注意点。これは“ドラッグストア コスモス限定販売”とのことなので、探すなら店舗か公式チラシ・在庫状況を先に確認するとムダ足になりにくいです。見つけたら、まずは顔以外の広い範囲で使って使用感を確かめてから、顔にも使うか決めるのが安心でした。
