「こっちは（どっちがいい？）」って迷う人が多いと思うので、私なりの選び方メモを残します。StraineはSoft（細い髪用）/Basic（普通〜太い髪用）で仕上がりの方向性が近い分、髪の“重さ耐性”で選ぶと失敗しにくいです。 まず、私が感じた一番の差は「洗い上がりのしっとり感の出方」。毛量多め・髪が太めの私はBasicがちょうどよくて、うねりで広がりやすい日でも、乾かした後に表面が落ち着きやすかったです。逆に細い髪だと、しっとり系を選ぶと根元がぺたんとなりがちなので、軽さが欲しい人はSoftの方が安心だと思います（Softはシャンプーの粘度が少し軽めに感じました）。 「どっちを選ぶ？」の超簡単な判断基準はこんな感じ。 ・Soft向き：髪が細い／絡まりやすい／トップのボリュームを残したい／軽い指通りが好き ・Basic向き：髪が普通〜太い／毛量が多い／広がりやすい／しっとりまとまる方が好き 使い方のコツも。ストレート系は“すすぎ残し”があると重く見えるので、シャンプー後は頭皮を中心にしっかりすすぐのがおすすめ。トリートメントは硬めのテクスチャーなので、手のひらで少し伸ばしてから中間〜毛先にぎゅっとなじませるとムラになりにくいです。時間がある日は1〜2分置くと、指通りがさらになめらかに感じました。 あと、湿気対策としてはドライヤーの当て方がかなり大事。根元→中間→毛先の順に乾かして、最後に冷風でキューティクルを締めると「まっすぐ髪へ」の仕上がりに寄りやすいです。前髪や表面のうねりが出やすいところは、上から下に風を当てて整えるのがポイント。 香りはSoftがベリーブロッサム、Basicがホワイトブロッサム。甘めが好きならSoft、すっきりフローラルが好きならBasicが好みかも。ボトルも三角形で持ちやすく、浴室で手が濡れてても扱いやすかったのが地味に良かったです。 最後に、迷ったら「髪がペタッとしやすいか／広がりやすいか」で決めるのがいちばん早いです。私は広がりやすいタイプなのでBasicで正解でした。
