私がツヤ出しスプレーを選ぶときに気にするのは、「一瞬でツヤが出るか」と「ベタつかないか」。ルシードエルのプリズムグロウスプレーは、まさにこの2つが両立していて、朝の支度がバタバタな日でも“2秒”で仕上がりが変わるのが助かりました。ボトルにも「ARGAN RICH OIL」とある通り、アルガンオイル配合でパサつきやすい毛先が落ち着くのに、オイル系にありがちな重さが出にくい印象です。 私がやっている使い方のコツは3つあります。まず、髪から少し離して（近すぎると一点に付きやすい）、表面にふわっとミストをのせること。次に、ツヤを出したい場所を決めて「表面＋毛先」にだけ足すこと。根元付近に付けると、髪質によってはペタンと見えやすいので、私は毛先中心派です。最後に、スプレー後は手ぐしで軽く整えるだけでOK。ブラシで強くとかすより、ツヤの膜を残せてきれいに見えました。 あと、これからの季節に嬉しいのがUVカット処方。髪の紫外線対策って忘れがちですが、日中のパサつきやカラーの褪色が気になるので、外出前にひと吹きしておくと安心感があります。さらに乾燥・摩擦・絡まりなどの外的ダメージから守るリペアプロテクト処方も入っているので、マフラーやバッグで髪がこすれる日にも相性がいいと思いました。 私は持ち運び用ポーチに入れて、昼〜夕方の「毛先が乾いてきたタイミング」に追いスプレーするのが好きです。アイドルみたいな“きらめく艶髪”を作りたいけど、作り込みすぎたくない人にちょうどいい一本だと感じました。購入先は先行販売（イオンリテール・ツルハグループ・ウエルシアグループ）なので、見かけたらチェックしてみてください。
