SG Matcha I’ve tried so far

I’ve been treating myself with good drinks every after my pilates class..

And i’ve been trying out different places for it.

Here’s my listing of what iv tried and my verdict:

1. Rise Bakehouse

I tried their Strawberry Matcha Cloud Latte($9) and Uji Matcha Latte ($7.5) both decent, and i think its one of my favorites for all those that iv tried. I would live to go back and try their food and desserts as well. Very chick place in Chinatown, this is great for meetup with girlfriends or even a date.

2. Beehoe

it’s in Kallang area.

I think this is the place that i wont gi back again, just once to try is okay. We’ve tried Matcha Latte ($7) it’s okay but not the wow okay. My girlfriend tried the Iced White ($5.80) and she said she can do better 🙂‍↕️

3. September Coffee

I’ve been here twice. I’ve only tried their Iced Matcha Mango Latte ($8) and Matcha Latte ($6)

I didn’t expect that Matcha and Mango can be a good match, personally it’s quite sweet for my preference but still nice maybe next time i will ask to make it less sweet. The Matcha Latte is great, this is perfect for those who doesn’t like strong flavour of matcha. I will definitely go back and try the other drinks, such as Sesame Latte coz i’ve been seeing good reviews with this drink. Also i want to try their matcha strawberry latte. 😎

4. Cafe Monochrome

I’ve tried their Mango Matcha Latte ($8) and i will never go back 👎 I can’t feel the matcha, i think too dilluted. This is one of my dissappointment. The place is instagrammable though.. 🫥

5. Tsujiri

Definitely OG. There’s no doubt this is perfect for those craving for matcha 🤪 I’ve tried their Tsujiri Matcha ($7) and one scoop of their Kurogoma Gelato. They have lots of dessert to choose from. Next time i will visit their newest branch.

6. Compose Coffee

This is a dessert matcha drink. i will love to have tjis again during my menstruation cravings. It’s big compared to all other cafe iv tried with same price. or might be even cheaper.

Jeju Macha Cream Strawberry Latte ($7.70)

7. Kyo Teahouse

I’ve only tried Hojicha Latte ($6.90) with banana pudding as topping (+$2) It’s nice my only downside is that the cup is too small compared to others. So it’s quite expensive. But overall its nice, i love their hojicha and the banana pudding is also okay. I want to try their matcha next time considering that their specialty is actually matcha 🤭 Take note this is just for take out. No sitting for this one.
