「経堂でフレンチ（ビストロ）を探してるけど、値段も雰囲気も気になる…」って人に向けて、私が行ったときに“事前に知れて助かった”ポイントをまとめます。 まず結論、RESTAURANT DEUX VISAGES（レストラン ドゥヴィサージュ）は“ミシュラン店出身シェフの料理を、気軽に楽しめる”タイプ。かしこまり過ぎないのに、ソースや火入れがちゃんとしていて、会話しながら飲みたい夜にちょうど良かったです。 ■予約・席選びのコツ ビストロらしくカウンターがあって、シェフとの距離が近いのが魅力。私はテーブル席でしたが、1〜2人ならカウンターも楽しそう。女子会やデートはテーブルが落ち着く印象でした。週末は埋まりやすそうなので、行く日が決まったら早めの予約が安心。 ■コースの満足感（“コスパ最強”と感じた理由） 春色の冷前菜「菜の花ブラマンジェ」「海老と菜の花のタルタル」にレモンソース、ここで一気に季節感。温前菜の「広島産カキのムニエル」と新じゃがの組み合わせも“ほっこり美味”で、ワインが進みました。メインは魚も肉も選べて、追加料金で両方いけるのも嬉しいところ。 ■意外と便利：苦手食材の相談がしやすい フレンチって変更しづらいイメージがあったけど、ここはシェフが気さくで相談しやすかったです。アレルギーや苦手がある人は、予約時かオーダー時に早めに伝えるのがおすすめ。 ■名物級：赤パプリカのスパイスカレー ビストロのコースでカレーが出てきたのはびっくり。赤パプリカのスパイスカレーは量もちょうどよくて、口が“しょっぱい→甘い”だけにならず、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。家族が「フレンチだと何か足りない」って言いがちなタイプでも、満足しやすい構成だと思います。 ■デザートまで抜かりなし 栗のテリーヌと自家製チョコレートアイスが、見た目おしゃれなのにしっかりポーションで嬉しい締め。甘いものでちゃんと終われると満足度が上がります。 経堂で“ちゃんと美味しいフレンチ”をコスパ良く楽しみたい日に、かなり使えるお店でした。
