鍾路にあるベーカリーカフェ「アグン」は、韓屋風のレトロな雰囲気と現代的なパン作りが融合した魅力的な場所です。私自身、このカフェを訪れた際、天井に逆さに設置された壺や、釜や薪火をイメージしたインテリアに感動しました。特に印象的だったのは、塩パンのバラエティ豊かさで、チョコやクリーム、明太子といったお馴染みの味から、ジャガイモパンやコーンクリームパン、さらにはトマトパンなど珍しいフレーバーも楽しめました。また、フィナンシェも見逃せません。両班（ヤンバン）がかぶる帽子「カッ」をモチーフにしたデザインで、見た目にも可愛らしく手土産にもぴったりです。ドリンクも多彩で、レッドビーンラテや生姜風味のスジョンガ、チョコラテなど、どれも映えるビジュアルで３人でシェアして色々な味を試せたのが楽しい思い出です。場所は便利で、明洞から電車やバスですぐ行けます。ベーカリーの近くには清渓川や歴史ある普信閣（ボシンカク）があり、散策も楽しめるのが魅力です。私は朝食後に周辺を歩きながら、韓国の伝統と現代が調和したこの街の空気を満喫しました。このベーカリーカフェは、塩パン好きや韓国の伝統文化に興味がある人に特におすすめです。現地でしか味わえない素材感と味わい、そしてカフェのこだわりの空間で、楽しい旅のスタートを切れます。このように、食と文化を同時に楽しめる場所は旅の醍醐味のひとつだと改めて感じました。是非鍾路を訪れた際には立ち寄ってみてくださいね。
