Alt+Tab（アルトタブ）は、Windowsで「開いているアプリを一覧で切り替える」超定番ショートカットです。最初はピンとこなくても、慣れるとマウス移動が減って本当に時短になります。 私がよくやる使い方はこの3つ。 1) 基本：Alt+Tabで切り替え Altキーを押しながらTabキーを1回押すと、アプリの一覧が出ます。Altを押したままTabを何回か押して、表示したいアプリでキーを離すと一番手前に表示されます。「今どの作業をしてたっけ？」がすぐ戻れるので、資料を見ながら入力する時に便利です。 2) 逆向きに戻りたい：Alt+Shift+Tab 切り替え候補を行き過ぎた時、私はAlt+Shift+Tabで逆方向に戻しています。地味ですが、これができると切り替えがさらにスムーズです。 3) “画面切り替え”の混乱ポイント：タブ切り替えとは別 Alt+Tabはアプリ（ウィンドウ）切り替えです。一方でブラウザの「タブ切り替え」は別操作になります。私はChrome/Edgeなら Ctrl+Tab（次のタブ）、Ctrl+Shift+Tab（前のタブ）をセットで覚えました。アプリとタブを分けて覚えると迷いません。 おまけ：ウィンドウの「複製」ショートカット 画面を複製したい時（外部モニターやプロジェクター）は、Win+Pで「複製/拡張」などの表示モードを選べます。会議前にサッと切り替えられて助かっています。 最初はAltキーの位置に慣れるまで少しだけ練習が必要ですが、1日使うと手が覚えます。マウスを使わないパソコン操作の第一歩として、まずはAlt+Tabから試してみてください。
