「切り取り線にハサミ✂️を入れたいのに、絵文字が見つからない…」ってときに便利だった小技を補足します。私は社内の案内・申込用紙を作るときに“切り取り線”を目立たせたくて、この方法に落ち着きました。 ■ まずは「ハサミ記号（特殊文字）」を最短で出す Word/Outlookなら、本文に半角で「2702」と入れて選択→Alt+Xで✂️に変換できます。戻したいときは、✂️を選択してもう一度Alt+Xで「2702」に戻ることもあります（環境によって挙動が違う場合あり）。 ■ 「切り取り線 ハサミ コピペ」用の素材 すぐ使えるように、私はこの形をよくコピペして微調整しています。 例： ✂️------------------------------ ✂️ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ※メールや資料に貼ったあと、フォントによって線の長さがズレるので、最後にプレビューで見た目を確認するのがコツです。 ■ Excelで「エクセル 切り取り線 ハサミ」をやる場合 ExcelはAlt+X変換ができないので、Word/Outlookで作った✂️をコピーして貼り付けるのが早いです。 ・セルに貼るなら：文字サイズを少し下げるとズレにくい ・印刷するなら：ページレイアウト表示で位置を確認 ・図形の点線を使うなら：挿入→図形→直線（書式で破線）にして、セルの罫線より自由に調整できます ■ 「ハサミ絵文字 白黒」にしたいとき モノクロにしたい場合は、絵文字だと端末やアプリで色味が変わることがあります。私は確実に白黒で揃えたい資料では、 ・フォントを「Segoe UI Symbol」など記号寄りにする ・絵文字ではなく「✂」の記号（環境によって表示が安定）を試す という順でチェックしています。 ■ Outlookで崩れないための注意 Outlookは相手の環境で見え方が変わるので、重要な案内なら「テキスト形式」より「HTML形式」で作る、送信前に自分宛にテスト送信するのが安心でした。 切り取り線は地味だけど、申込書・クーポン・案内文の“親切さ”が一気に上がるので、ぜひ一度テンプレ化してみてください。
