1. Enter "1f6ad" in the text of Word or Outlook
2. Press "Alt + X" while selecting the entered character
3. Emoji of the smoking cessation mark is converted to 🚭!

私が「禁煙ポスターを急いで作りたい！」となった時に助かったのが、Word/Outlookの“文字コード→絵文字”変換でした。画像を探して貼るより早くて、印刷しても見栄えが安定しやすいです。 ■ そもそもAlt+Xって？（Outlook文字コードの考え方） WordやOutlookでは、Unicode（ユニコード）のコードを入力してAlt+Xを押すと、対応する記号・絵文字に変換できます。今回の禁煙マークは「1F6AD」。ポイントは“半角で入力”して、変換したい文字列を選択した状態でAlt+Xを押すことです。 ■ Outlookで絵文字をメールに入れる時のコツ ・件名より本文が安定：件名は環境によって絵文字が□になることがあるので、私は本文に入れることが多いです。 ・フォントの影響：変換後の見た目は相手の環境にも左右されます。心配な時は、絵文字＋「禁煙（No Smoking）」の文字を一緒に書いておくと伝わりやすいです。 ・色付けしたいとき：Outlookメールで絵文字自体の色は変えにくいので、周りの文字を赤にしたり、赤い図形（丸や斜線）と組み合わせると“注意喚起感”が出ます。 ■ Excelでできない時の代替案（メール絵文字コピペもOK） ExcelはAlt+X変換ができないことが多いので、Wordで🚭を作ってからコピペするのが手早いです。もしくは、Windowsの絵文字パネル（Win + .）から検索して貼り付ける方法も便利でした。 ■ 記号・Unicode一覧を探すときの探し方 「unicode 一覧」「記号 パソコン の マーク 一覧」で探すと、ハートやチェック、バツ印（アウトルックで使いたい×印など）もまとめて見つかります。私は“使う頻度が高い記号だけ”メモ帳にストックしておく派です。 ■ 禁煙ポスターをWordで見やすく作る小ワザ 1) 🚭を大きく（フォントサイズを72〜120くらいまで上げる） 2) 太字＋赤字、必要なら枠線や図形で囲む 3) 下に短い文を追加：「このエリアは禁煙です」「喫煙は指定場所でお願いします」など 4) 印刷前に余白を狭めると、掲示した時に情報が大きく見えます 画像探しより「暗号を入れると」一瞬で出せるこの方法、急ぎの掲示物づくりで本当に時短になりました。
