💡 two solutions!
① Check the number of sheets in the print preview
② Print settings in advance

① Open the page layout tab
② Changed the height and width from "automatic" to "one page" respectively
③ Open the print preview with Ctrl + P and confirm

① Open the page setting on the print screen
② Check "Horizontal" and "Vertical" in the center of the page on the margin tab ✅➡ ︎ You can print in the middle 🙆♀️
(You can do only horizontal or vertical, so try changing it depending on the size of the table.)

私がExcel印刷でよくつまずくのが、「印刷したら想定よりページ数が増える」「右や左に寄って見た目が悪い」「全ての列が1ページに入らない」の3つ。ここを先に潰しておくと、印刷ミスがかなり減りました。 まず大事なのが“印刷範囲の設定”。表が大きいシートだと、関係ない空白セルまで印刷対象に入ってページ数が増えがちです。印刷したい表（住所録や一覧など）だけをドラッグで選択→［ページ レイアウト］→［印刷範囲］→［印刷範囲の設定］。これだけで「なぜか9ページ」みたいな事故が起きにくくなります。もし範囲をやり直したいときは、同じ場所の［印刷範囲のクリア］で一度リセットするとスッキリです。 次に「1ページに収める」調整。私が一番使うのは、［ページ レイアウト］の“拡大/縮小印刷”で、横（幅）と縦（高さ）をそれぞれ「1ページ」にする方法です。特に“横だけは絶対1ページにしたい（全ての列を1ページに印刷したい）”ときは、横＝1ページ／縦＝自動にすると、文字が潰れすぎず読みやすいまま収まりやすいです。逆に「とにかく1枚にしたい」なら横も縦も1ページに。ただし縮小率が下がりすぎたら、列幅を少し詰める・不要列を非表示にする・用紙をA4→A3にする、も現実的な逃げ道です。 “改ページプレビュー”も便利でした。［表示］→［改ページ プレビュー］にすると、青い線でページの切れ目が見えるので、どこがはみ出してるか一発で分かります。青線をドラッグして調整→もう一度Ctrl+Pで印刷プレビュー確認、の流れが早いです。 最後に「左に寄る」問題。印刷プレビューで余白が片側だけ広いときは、Ctrl+P→［ページ設定］→［余白］で［ページ中央］の「水平」「垂直」にチェック。表の形によっては水平だけで十分なことも多かったです。 仕上げは必ず印刷プレビューで“ページ数”と“縮小率（例：71%）”を確認。ここを見てから印刷すると、失敗がほんとに減ります。
