私も以前、発達障害当事者向けの交流会に参加した経験があります。最初は緊張しましたが、少人数のグループトークでじっくり話せるため、自分の悩みや工夫を気兼ねなく共有できました。特にADHDやASDのあるある話では、同じ悩みを持つ人の視点を知ることで安心感が生まれ、自分の特性を強みに変えるヒントを得ることができました。このような交流会は当事者だけでなく、関係者も参加可能なため、家族や支援者も理解を深めやすいのが魅力です。心理ワークを通して、ストレスの軽減や他者との違いを受け入れる練習もでき、日常生活で役立つ知識が身につきました。また、懇親会は自由参加で、リラックスした雰囲気の中でさらに親密な交流ができるため、参加を検討されている方にはおすすめです。会場が駅近でアクセスも良いため、気軽に参加しやすいイベントだと思います。発達障害に関する情報交換や人間関係の悩みを一緒に解決したい方にぴったりの交流会と言えるでしょう。
