TONED LEGS XXX

This cardio and glute routine is one of my absolute favorites to do! One thing I love is the fact that they are simple to do but they are very challenging. You can do these exercises with bodyweight or dumbbells - or even bands! I highly recommend to start off with bodyweight as a beginner.

Perform the following exercises:

In and out squats: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.

Lunge jumps: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
