Divorced Tradwife
2025 is my year and the time for me to do a whole life reset…. Who’s with me?
A little about me: My husband left me last year after our youngest child left home. My divorce just became final. He told me he had a girlfriend most of our marriage and only stayed with me to avoid paying child support. (He actually said that to my face, and also said he has not loved me for a long time. He thinks maybe he never loved me) For all of our marriage he did not want me to work so I was a stay at home wife, homemaker “Tradwife” Now I am 55, newly divorced and starting over. I refuse to simply survive this man. I have decided I will thrive without him. I will be the best version of my self I can be.
I have a lot of skills I learned from being a stay at home wife and mother. I know how to keep a home running and manage a home, I can cook and bake almost anything, my culinary skills are 🔥 I also know how to make a household budge and to live frugal and with in my means. I trained all of our dogs and started my own dog training company that is just getting off the grown but is doing well for such a fledgling company as well as a mobile tea party service that creates yummy tea party food for your next tea party. I have sold 2 tea parties and one even asked me to do all the decorations for the bridesmaids thank you lunch.
I know I am going to be okay! know I am going to make it! and I know I will be happier in the new life than I ever was in my marriage! When someone does not love you. You can feel that. I think I always knew something was wrong, I was just too afraid to see it. If I had to be honest I am grateful my ex left me. I wish he would have done it sooner. No one wants to be the source of someone else’s unhappiness. I am fee now. Free to live as I choose, to make friends and create a day that is about what I want and need. I honestly cannot wait to see how I turn out! 2025 will be a very exciting year for me. I am doing a total life reset. I hope you will follow my journey.

As a newly divorced woman at 55, the journey towards reclaiming one's identity can be both liberating and empowering. Many who transition from traditional roles, like being a homemaker or a ‘Tradwife,’ often discover new passions and strengths that were previously overshadowed. The concept of a 'life reset' is becoming increasingly popular among individuals seeking meaningful change. This doesn't just pertain to personal well-being, but also financial savvy, frugal living, and embracing sustainable practices. Setting goals for self-sufficiency, such as raising quail for eggs or growing your own vegetables, resonates with those looking to lead a simpler, more gratifying life. Furthermore, many have successfully launched small businesses based on long-held hobbies or skills—like dog training and culinary arts. As life evolves, adapting to new routines and embracing change can lead to a sense of fulfillment and happiness. Remember, every ending is simply a new beginning, and each day presents an opportunity to redefine your path towards positivity and growth.

I’m with you!!! To 2025 it’s time to live it up 🥂
