Finding out that I am pregnant meant I needed to make some simple swaps to accommodate my needs! Honestly, decaf is not that bad and i drink this every day! I hope you enjoy and try this out for yourself!

Have you tried @Javy Coffee? It’s a concentrate. 1tsp = 80mg of caffeine. I drink 1 12oz cup with this coffee concentrate, mixed with ice, a vanilla premier protein shake, caramel syrup, and whipped cream, throughout my pregnancy. They have different flavors too! Just thought I’d share 🙂
