French Toast Sausage Roll Ups 🤎

Ingredients

* 1 pack sausage links of choice, I used johnsonville maple sausage links

* Brioche bread of choice

* 1/2 cup coffee creamer of choice

* 1/2 cup milk

* 2 tsp cinnamon

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

This recipe can make 14 sausage roll ups.

1. In a saucepan on medium heat, cook your sausage links until they are fully cooked. I cooked mine for about 10-12 minutes.

2. Take your sausages out of pan and drain excess grease.

3. Take your loaf of bread and cut the edges off.

4. Flatten out your bread bit so it is easier to roll.

5. Place your sausage on the end of bread and start rolling until a roll forms.

6. In a saucepan, add melt some butter down.

7. Dip your roll into your milk batter.

8. Place in your pan and brown on each side.

9. Take out and place on a plate.

10. Drench in syrup and powdered sugar.
