私が初めて瀬戸ノきせきの生姜醤油ラーメンを食べたのは、友人の強いおすすめがきっかけでした。場所は瀬戸内ゴルフセンターの敷地内にあり、静かな環境の中でゆっくり食事ができるのも魅力的です。 一口目に感じるのは、厳選された醤油ベースの出汁の奥深さと、ガツンと効いた生姜のパンチです。この生姜が香りと辛味のバランスを絶妙にとっていて、身体が温まる感覚を覚えました。私は生姜好きなので、思わず追い生姜を頼みましたが、この中毒性は本当にすごいです。生姜が好きな方なら、何度でも通いたくなるでしょう。 麺は中太のちぢれ麺で、スープが絡みやすく、食べ応えもありました。食感もしっかりしていて、スープと一緒に食べると満足度が高まります。まぜそばやチャーハンも一緒に注文しましたが、こちらも期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。まぜそばの濃厚な味わいとチャーハンの香ばしさが、ラーメンだけでは満たされない食欲を満足させてくれます。 営業時間は昼が11時から15時、夜が17時30分から22時までで、仕事終わりや週末のランチにも利用しやすいのがありがたいです。また、店のスタッフもとても親切で、何度も通いたくなる温かさがあります。 香川県高松市屋島西町のこの名店は、ラーメン欲が爆発した時の一択として私の中で定着しています。皆さんもぜひ保存して訪れて、生姜醤油の強烈なインパクトと美味しさを体験してみてください。季節を問わず身体が欲する味、瀬戸ノきせきの生姜醤油ラーメンはまさに香川グルメの新定番です。
