セリアの「シリコンラップ（被せるラップ）」って、買ってみたけど「くっつかない」「浮く」「密閉できない」って口コミも見かけます。私も最初つまずいたので、うまく使うコツをまとめます。 まず前提として、シリコンラップは“ピタッと貼り付く食品ラップ”というより「伸ばして被せて密着させるフタ」寄り。お皿のフチが濡れていたり、油が付いていたり、粉が付いていると密着しにくいです。使う前にフチをサッと拭くだけで密着感がかなり変わりました。 次にサイズ選び。小さいサイズを無理に伸ばすと、張力で端が戻って外れやすいです。私は「ちょっと余裕があるサイズ」を選ぶようにしてから、冷蔵庫保存が安定しました。深めのボウルは、外側までしっかり被せるのがコツ。中途半端にフチだけに乗せると、空気が入って浮きやすいです。 電子レンジOKなのも便利ですが、温めるときは完全密閉より“少しだけ逃げ道”を作るのがおすすめ。端をほんの少し浮かせるか、深皿なら片側だけゆるめに被せると蒸気が抜けて安心でした（吹きこぼれも減ります）。 「固いフタが開かない」問題には、瓶のフタの上にシリコンラップを乗せて回すのが本当に効きます。滑り止め効果が強いので、手が濡れてても力が入りやすいです。 あと、地味に助かるのが置き場所。私は使い終わったら洗って、キッチンの換気扇まわり（フック）に吊るして乾かしています。乾きが早いし、探す手間も減りました。 ちなみに「プレスンシールどこに売ってる？」と迷う人も多いですが、シリコンラップは“繰り返し使える”のが強みで、使い捨てラップの消費が目に見えて減りました。ゴミも減るので、ラップの値段が気になってきたタイミングの置き換えにもおすすめです。
