Loving Life 🌸
As part of my mental health journey, I am learning and choosing to love MY life 💕 Here are some things I am grateful for:
- having a 9-5 that most pharmacists would love to have
- being able to WFH
- being able to move my body
- having supportive friends and family
- having the time to enjoy doing the things I love
One of the truths I've learned on my mental health journey is that loving life often starts with appreciating the small, everyday moments. The quote from my image, "your normal day is someone else's dream," really resonates—it reminds me to stay grateful even on tough days when motivation feels low or I’m struggling emotionally. On days when I feel tired, scared, or alone, I try to remind myself to "do it anyway." This mindset has helped me push through challenging times without losing sight of my progress. Having a 9-5 job that many pharmacists aspire to, especially one that allows me to work from home, gives me a solid foundation and flexibility that supports my mental well-being. Being able to move my body regularly, whether through running or other activities, also helps boost my mood and maintain balance. What I find most valuable is the support system I have—friends and family who understand and encourage me. Their presence makes difficult moments easier and joyful moments richer. Besides, having the time to engage in activities I love nurtures my happiness and sense of purpose. For anyone on a similar journey, I suggest focusing on what you can control: your mindset and daily habits. Celebrate small wins, be kind to yourself on rough days, and remember that progression is not always linear. Sharing your experiences with supportive communities or loved ones can create connections that further enhance your mental health. Loving life is not about perfection—it's about choosing to see the blessings within imperfection and continuing to move forward. Embrace your unique path and keep cultivating positivity and gratitude every day.
